If you
were standing behind the spaceship on the pond walkway,
locking North you would see the door into the workshop.
The overall size of the workshop is 26' x 63'. It is made
up of three sections.
This view
is just as you walk into the workshop. To the right of
the red steel post is a raised platform where there is
a two basin sink. this is the parking section, it is 22'
x 26'.
Looking
South while standing in the workshop you can see that
there is room for two cars or trucks. I park my tractor
on the other side of the pickup that you see here. The
garage door is automatic with two remote openers.
Standing in the driveway to the shop (we have a private drive to the workshop) you can see that there is plenty of room for the truck and tractor. The floor under the tractor and pickup is asphalt.
This picture was taken in
the North end of the workshop. This is the center section
that we use for wood working, welding, cutting metal,
etc. It has a wash gravel floor and is very hard. It is
22' x 26'.
Standing on the North side
of the garage door you can see the sink cabinet on the
right, in the center is a raised room where we have an
electric welder, air compressor, emergency generator and
gas welder. On the left is a 15' x 8' work room where
we keep tools, there are two grinders, vice, etc.
This is inside the air conditioned
workroom. Notice the workroom is full of cabinets for
storing tools and supplies.
The North section of the
workshop is 18' x 26' and is used to park a car or truck.
We have our motor home parked in it now. There is also
a lot of storage shelving.
This building is across the
driveway from the workshop to the West. It is used mostly
for storage of implements for the tractor. But we also
store some wood in it . This building is 10' x 20'.
