We have four of these houses on Holly Street. The exterior walls are built with 2"x6" studs (6" insulation), double pane windows, 12" insulation in the ceiling and 6" under the floor. This makes them very energy efficient with the electricity bill averaging less than $100.00 per month. The houses are all paneled and carpeted.

They back up to the Waskom City Park. The park has picnicking, walking paths, tennis courts and a playground for children. It is one of the better neighborhood in Waskom, within easy walking distance of downtown and all of the schools. All of our houses have good chain link fences.
